Order Processing
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after successful payment or order confirmation.
Orders are processed Monday through Saturday, excluding national and public holidays.
During high-demand periods, festivals, or promotional sales, processing times may be slightly longer.
Delivery Timeline
Estimated delivery times are as follows:
Metro Cities: 3–7 business days
Tier 2 & Tier 3 Cities: 5–10 business days
Remote & Rural Areas: 7–14 business days
Please note that these are estimated delivery times and may vary depending on courier availability, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances.
Shipping Charges
FREE Shipping is available on eligible orders as displayed on our website.
For orders that do not qualify for free shipping, applicable shipping charges will be displayed during checkout before payment.
Cash on Delivery (COD)
We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) on selected products and eligible pin codes across India.
Please note:
COD availability depends on your delivery location.
A small COD handling fee may apply, if mentioned during checkout.
We reserve the right to cancel COD orders that appear fraudulent or unverifiable.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation via email or SMS containing your tracking number and courier details. Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to become active.
Address Changes
Please ensure your shipping address, phone number, and PIN code are correct before placing your order.
If you need to modify your address, contact us immediately after placing the order. Once an order has been shipped, address changes may not be possible.
Delivery Delays
Although we work with reliable courier partners, delivery delays can occasionally occur due to:
Bad weather
Natural disasters
Public holidays
High shipping volume
Courier network issues
Other circumstances beyond our control
We appreciate your patience in such situations.
Failed Delivery Attempts
Courier partners generally make 2–3 delivery attempts. If the package remains undelivered due to customer unavailability or an incorrect address, it may be returned to us. Additional shipping charges may apply for reshipment.
Damaged or Missing Items
If your package arrives damaged or if any item is missing, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Currently, youfirststore ships within India only. International shipping is not available at this time.
