1. Charge the Device: Connect the included USB cable to the charging port and plug it into a 5V USB wall charger or computer. Charge until the battery indicator on the display shows full.

2. Wear & Adjust: Place the soft velvet pad directly over your lower abdomen or lower back. Wrap the elastic belt around your waist and secure the buckle. Adjust the strap until it fits snugly yet comfortably.

3. Power On / Off: Press and hold the Power Button for 2 to 3 seconds until the display lights up.
